United Way Health Resource Guide
UNITED WAY AND SOLANO COMMUNITY FOUNDATION AID IN DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTH ACCESS RESOURCE GUIDE
With a United Way Health Endowment Fund grant DFS staff researched extensively to create a listing of medical care for people of minimal or no means in the Solano/Yolo area. The guide contains service and contact information about resources for people of all ages. Sliding Scale Clinics and Prescription Medication Programs are included. The tool is intended to assist case workers who are working with individuals or families that need low cost health care, but the simple format is easy for anyone to understand and use.
